Server support is typically for secondary schools where the ICT support staff need assistance with Server issues and deeper technical problems which can arise. We do of course assist with workstation issues and offer your technicians guidance and help to clear faults. Costs is tailored to take in to account the fact that your technicians are capable of dealing with all the normal day to day issues.

Primary School Total Care

This is our top level of support. Primary schools love this support and we have customers who have renewed every year right from when we first offered the service 6 years ago. Despite what you may be told... It is unique, tried and tested.
