Remote Applications
Remote applications can actually be used locally and remotely
which brings the idea of the “Zero APP” PC even closer.
Remote applications are delivered using Microsoft Remote Desktop
Services (formerly Terminal Services) where Servers can take the
strain allowing you to get more out of your older PCs. Virtualised
servers can be used to create a farm of RDS servers to deliver
applications to large numbers of users on-site and at home. Used
in conjunction with APP-V technology from the RDS Servers all
applications can be provided to assigned users and groups to bring
about a complete application solution.
Computer Talk uses additional products to further enhance this
solution, improve performance and ease management.
- Centralise Applications
- Minimise Application maintenance
- Instantly deploy applications
to any user regardless of which PC they use
- Move towards the “Zero
APP” PC
- Upgrade applications across
your entire network at the click of a button
